Friends and Family Test

The ‘Friends and Family Test’ (FFT) is a feedback tool which is used throughout NHS England. It provides patients the opportunity to share their feedback regarding the service at the practice, and if you would recommend us to your friends and family! All feedback is voluntary and anonymous. We thank everyone who takes the time to complete the questionnaire as it provides us with valuable information.
