Online consultations

Patchs is a new way for our registered patients (or someone on their behalf) to contact the surgery online.

You can request help with a medical problem, prescriptions, sick note requests and much more!

We turn off Patchs when demand is high each day. Please telephone the practice in this instance.

When online consultations are not available the following services can be accessed to support your care needs;

  • NHS 111
  • Local Community Pharmacies
  • Urgent Treatment Centre
  • In the event of an emergency, your local Accident & Emergency unit.

Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care App platform!

Health and care apps can be used to help manage and recover from a huge range of mental and physical health issues, but there are hundreds of thousands of health apps out there, and not all are safe – so where do you find trusted health apps? We now have the answer.

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside has built a Health App Library where you can find health apps which have been reviewed by the Organisation for the Review of Care and Health Applications (ORCHA) against 350+ criteria.

ORCHA has found that only one in five health apps manage data privacy securely, are easy to use and give safe health advice. Our Library only contains assessed and compliant health apps, so we can be sure that the ones we use meet safety standards.

The library can be accessed at: Cheshire & Merseyside (orchahealth.com)
