We're open
The surgery is required to provide you with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that we provide to you. Your named GP will also work with other relevant healthcare professionals involved in your care to ensure that your care package meets your individual needs. If you wish to know who your named GP is, please ask a member of staff.
This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the surgery.

The job of our receptionists is to act as your link with the surgery. When you telephone the surgery, they may ask for details of your problem. The more information you can give, the better they will be able to help.
Healthcare assistants
Our HCAs assist the nursing team with phlebotomy clinics, foot checks, new patient checks, urine dipping, blood pressure monitoring, and much more.

Our phlebotomy (blood test) team is available throughout the week, offering a range of appointments. Some administrative staff have gained qualifications in order for them to take your blood, so you may see some familiar faces at your next blood appointment.
Practice pharmacist
Our pharmacist is able to help with a range of medication related care from medication reviews, discussing a reaction you have had to medication, or even finding you an alternative if you prescription is out of stock at the pharmacy. Appointments are available to book on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
