Patchs is a new way for our registered patients (or someone on their behalf) to contact the surgery online.

You can request help with a medical problem, prescriptions, sick note requests and much more!

Please register for Patchs using the following link – PATCHS

We turn off Patchs when demand is high each day. Please telephone the practice in this instance.

When online consultations are not available the following services can be accessed to support your care needs;

  • NHS 111
  • Local Community Pharmacies
  • Urgent Treatment Centre
  • In the event of an emergency, your local Accident & Emergency unit.

We are encouraging all of our patients to download the NHS App. The NHS App has a lot of features such as booking/cancelling appointments, viewing blood results, ordering repeat prescriptions and many more.
