You will need to take your WROCS form [blood test request] with you.
The service will be a walk-in service with no need to make an appointment – just take a ticket and wait your turn. Your results will go back to your own surgery as usual.
Patients requiring a Glucose Tolerance Test [GTT] can ring the Central Booking Service on 0151 514 2222 and request a time slot to suit you.

Wednesday 8.00am – 6:30pm [Last appt 5:30pm]
Thursday 8.00am – 7.00pm [Last appt 6:50pm] Dr Halder late surgery
Friday 7.00am – 6.30pm [Last appt 5:30pm] Dr Wilson early surgery
Telephone lines are open from 8:00am-6:30pm every day Monday – Friday .
Outside these times the GP Out Of Hours covers for the surgery.

All practices are required to provide all patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that the surgery provides to them.
